About the Role

We are seeking a Trainee Manager for our Emalahleni MP team, with experience in Retail/FMCG. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our store and contributing to its success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and processing stock
• Manage cash office operations
• Oversee administration tasks
• Supervise sales floor staff
• Implement effective problem-solving strategies
• Maintain accurate records using retail operations software
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
• Relevant Retail/FMCG qualification (advantageous)
• At least 5 years experience in Retail/FMCG across departments
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of retail operations and reporting
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP/Unisolv experience an advantage
