Duties & Responsibilities Breeding Management Herd Health and Welfare Reproduction Management Record Keeping Staff Supervision Facility and Equipment Management Client Relations Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field (advanced degrees preferred). Proven experience in cattle breeding, preferably with Boran cattle or other beef cattle breeds (2 years minimum). Strong understanding of animal husbandry, reproduction, genetics, and herd health management. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in record keeping and data management. Familiarity with modern agricultural technologies and equipment. Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions.
