About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rail Supervisor to join our team in Secunda, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our rail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and construction of rail infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing expert guidance to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of rail infrastructure to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures
- Develop and maintain knowledge of rail construction and maintenance operations to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they are performing their duties safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of rail operations into overall mining operations
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to minimize risks to personnel and equipment

- Proven experience as Rail specialist or similar supervisory role
