About the Role
The Administration Supervisor role at our company in Jacobs, Durban, is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for administration. As the backbone of our office operations, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, coordinating staff, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff
- Implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Train and mentor administrative staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Manage and prioritize administrative tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
