Job Description

Company involved in the household textile and manufacturing sector seeking suitable candidate for an Administration Supervisor role. The position is based in Jacobs, Durban. The Administration Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions, coordinating administrative staff, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing administrative tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff Implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Train and mentor administrative staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively. Manage and prioritize administrative tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.
