About the role

We are seeking a Parts Manager to lead our parts department. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise parts department staff
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts as needed
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of customer orders
• Resolve customer complaints and issues regarding parts
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes

Requirement

• British/EU passport A MUST
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
