We are seeking an exceptional EXECUTIVE CHEF to lead a stand-alone fine dining restaurant and private members club in Florida. This flagship venue is part of a prestigious group known for its trio of ultra-luxury culinary destinations, offering a rare opportunity to shape elevated dining in an exclusive, world-class setting.

The successful candidate will bring:

Diploma or certificate from a recognized European hospitality institution, reflecting formal culinary training and global standards of excellence

Strong background in fine dining, with proven experience in Michelin-starred kitchens or equivalent high-end culinary environments

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire kitchen teams in delivering exceptional, detail-driven cuisine

Deep understanding of menu engineering, seasonal sourcing, and modern plating techniques

A passion for innovation balanced with respect for classic culinary traditions

Experience managing kitchen operations, including budgeting, inventory, supplier relations, and compliance with health and safety regulations

Commitment to guest satisfaction, with a track record of elevating dining experiences through creativity and consistency

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments in a luxury hospitality setting

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary negotiable for the right candidate

Accommodation support while housing is not provided, assistance will be offered in securing suitable accommodation

Quarterly performance bonus

US work visa sponsorship

Flight ticket reimbursement

40-hour work week, with overtime compensated at an enhanced hourly rate

10-month contract with a 2-month paid break
