Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Hotel Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

• Manage and coordinate all front-of-house departments, including reception, housekeeping, and guest services.

• Supervise staff to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction at all touchpoints.

• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.

• Assist with financial administration including budgeting, stock control, and payroll processing.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout the property.

• Contribute to team training, development, and performance management.

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

• Assist in planning and coordinating hotel events, functions, and VIP experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Hospitality management qualification preferred.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
