Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes across assigned sections

• Work closely with senior chefs to ensure consistency in standards and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Support stock rotation, ordering, and proper storage of ingredients

• Contribute to the smooth running of kitchen operations during service

• Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef within fine dining or luxury hospitality

• Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for culinary excellence

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food safety regulations

• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the role
