About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and guest-focused Guest Assistant to join a prestigious luxury wine estate hotel in Franschhoek. This live-out role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience
• Support front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and enquiries
• Assist with reservations, guest requests, and special arrangements
• Maintain accurate guest records and communicate effectively with internal teams
• Ensure high standards of service and presentation throughout the property
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Professional, polished, and guest-focused
South African citizen
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R11,000 – R13,000 per month
