About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Holistic Healer to join a prestigious luxury wellness property in Franschhoek, where they will deliver transformative wellness experiences to discerning guests in a high-end hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic treatments and wellness therapies tailored to individual guest needs
- Guide guests in mindfulness, meditation, and wellness practices
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism
- Collaborate with wellness and hospitality teams to create seamless guest experiences
- Monitor inventory of oils, tools, and treatment supplies
- Provide recommendations and advice to guests for ongoing wellness practices
- Participate in wellness programming, workshops, and events
Requirements
- Formal qualification in holistic healing, wellness therapy, or related field
- Proven experience in a luxury wellness, spa, or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of multiple holistic practices (massage, aromatherapy, energy work, etc.)
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Professional, well-presented, and highly guest-focused
- Ability to live and work in a remote or boutique lodge environment
