About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our luxury wine estate in Franschhoek. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet luxury standards
- Lead and supervise a housekeeping team to achieve high-quality results
- Maintain stock and linen control, implementing cleaning schedules as needed
- Ensure every guest space reflects the high standards expected within a luxury estate
- Implement effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
