Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join a leading luxury wine estate based in Franschhoek. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for wine, hospitality, and lifestyle branding. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the estates marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and coordinating both digital and on-site marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across all platforms

• Manage social media accounts, including content planning, creation, and community engagement

• Coordinate photoshoots, events, media visits, and other brand activations on the estate

• Maintain the brands website and ensure content is accurate and up to date

• Collaborate with the sales, events, and hospitality teams to promote estate offerings

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance analytics

• Manage mailing lists and coordinate the distribution of newsletters and promotional materials

• Support PR efforts, including media liaison and press release coordination

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints

Key Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or wine industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic design software

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

• Passion for the luxury wine and lifestyle sector
