Payroll Officer – Luxury Hospitality My client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage and support the payroll function within a modern luxury hospitality environment. This role is suited to a highly organised professional who understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in a people-focused business. About My Client My client operates a curated portfolio of luxury hospitality destinations, defined by contemporary elegance, operational excellence, and world-class standards. The Role As Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the business, ensuring compliance with labour legislation and internal policies. You will work closely with finance, HR, and operational teams to support smooth payroll operations and a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Process monthly and weekly payroll accurately and on time Ensure compliance with labour legislation, statutory requirements, and company policies Manage payroll inputs including new starters, terminations, leave, overtime, and allowances Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data integrity Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll queries efficiently Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy Manage payroll submissions, deductions, and statutory reporting Maintain strict confidentiality at all times About You Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or Payroll Administrator Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory deductions, and labour legislation Highly detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills Discreet, reliable, and professional Confident working with payroll systems and Excel Able to work independently in a fast-paced, operational environment Motivated to grow within a structured and professional hospitality group Why Join Join a respected and growing luxury hospitality brand Work within a supportive and collaborative finance and HR team Opportunity for long-term growth and development A culture that values accuracy, trust, and professionalism If you are a payroll professional who takes pride in precision and reliability, we would love to hear from you.
