About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Spa & Wellness Manager to join our team in Franschhoek, Cape Winelands, as we prepare for our pre-opening launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our spa and wellness operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, including staff supervision and training
- Develop and implement spa programs, services, and promotions to drive revenue and customer engagement
- Ensure seamless integration with other hotel departments to provide a cohesive guest experience
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality in all spa areas
- Lead a strong, dynamic team of driven SPA professionals
- Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and supplies to optimize profitability
Requirements
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable – your presence must exude Premium Wellness
- Confident in English language (Speak, Read & Write)
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial role of a Cruise Ship Spa / Luxury Day Spa
- Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
Qualifications
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP or similar internationally recognized accreditation
Salary & Benefits
- R35,000 per month
