Job Description

Responsibilities:
Process

Execute administrative and reporting tasks in line with required turnaround times and quality standards
Compile, analyse and verify data for monthly reporting
Prepare accurate and professional presentations for senior management
Align work activities with governance, compliance, and service delivery standards
Identify operational challenges and apply appropriate solutions, escalating when necessary
Maintain accurate records and reporting for decision-making purposes

Finance

Perform work efficiently to optimise processes and reduce delays
Support cost-effective administrative practices through accurate reporting and task execution

Client (Internal & External)

Deliver high-quality outputs that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
Provide reliable and accurate information to support business decisions

People

Participate in learning and development initiatives
Uphold and demonstrate company values in all work activities

Minimum Qualification:

Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
Relevant Degree – Advantageous

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar analytical or reporting-focused administrative role in the motor industry environment
Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint – Advanced level
Strong reporting and presentation preparation skills
Strong administrative capability
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Time management and organisational skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Deadline-driven mindset
Ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
