About the Role
The Contract Manager role at Bidvest Protea Coin requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee various aspects of security, risk management, and client relationships within our operations in Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Security advise to clients;
- Threat and Risk assessment;
- Client liaison and professional client relationship;
- Manpower Management;
- Equipment Management;
- Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints;
- Ensure that contractual requirements are met at all times;
- Initiating and chairing disciplinary hearings;
- Incident and investigation management;
- Ensure compliance to the Company’s disciplinary code;
- Health & Safety management;
- Ensuring Security Officers problems that are reported are solved;
- Ensure that all company SOP’s are followed;
- Ensure BPC policies and procedures are followed at all times;
- Ensure that training takes place as and when required;
- After hour visits and standby duties;
Requirements
- PSIRA certification – Grade A;
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in a management position and Mining environment;
- Chrome/Platinum/Illegal Mining Experience;
- Investigation/intelligence experience;
- Relevant experience as an administrator;
- The ability to communicate and present at all levels;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- Fleet management;
- Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
