Job Summary
To oversee end to end management of the export process including cross border deliveries
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Vat compliance for exports
- Knowledge of cross border regulations and procedures
- 2 years experience in export admin / logistics or similar
Duties will include
- Order management: verify export orders, ensure details are accurate, processing orders, coordinate with warehouse team for stock availability, compile proforma invoices to the client
- Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Vat and financial compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse for picking and packing of export orders
- Book transport with courier and track shipments
- Handle customer queries and communicate delivery status
