Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting (required), BCom Honours advantageous

• Strong IFRS, governance and compliance knowledge
• Experience leading or guiding teams within a complex, high-volume environment
• Commercially minded, analytical and confident operating at senior stakeholder level

• Strong knowledge of standard costing, production variances, and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JDE).
• Experience in metal manufacturing, mining, heavy engineering, or automotive will be highly advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
