About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our team at West Coast Personnel in Gauteng South. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building a strong referral network, and guiding clients through the home loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong referral network
• Guide clients through the home loan application process
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain excellent client relationships

Requirements

• 2–3 years of external sales experience (finance, insurance, etc.)
• Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
• Own a reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
• Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

Qualifications

No formal education or certifications required.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: R15,000

Settling-In Allowance: R10,000 (Months 1–3), R6,000 (Month 4), R4,000 (Month 5), R3,000 (Month 6)

Commission: 0.3% on deals closed (minimum monthly target: R2.5 million)
