About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Lead to join our team at GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa. As an HR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Provide guidance and support to employees on employment-related matters
- Conduct performance management and talent development programs
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a HR Lead in the Motor Industry
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 Qualification in HR Management | Commerce | Industrial Psychology
- Proficient in MS Office | SAP
- Strong knowledge of Talent Management | Talent Retention | Organizational Development
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
Salary & Benefits
- CTC Salary of between R 40 000 and R 60 000 negotiable based on experience
