- Proven experience in internal sales enablement, training development, or a similar role within IT, product, or tech solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to both clients and internal teams
- Experience managing training schedules and aligning learning pathways with strategic goals
- Meticulous and structured, able to plan, execute, and iterate processes with precision
- Deep understanding of IT products or solutions and a passion for learning new technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compelling internal product presentations and demonstrations to the sales team and clients, ensuring full understanding and buy-in
- Develop and work with management in creating and managing all internal training schedules, ensuring regular upskilling and product knowledge sessions for relevant teams
- Research and recommend the best certifications, courses, and learning resources aligned with company goals across IT, cybersecurity, and digital solutions
- Be the internal product expert, fully understanding the company’s offerings and assisting the sales team with product knowledge, positioning, and internal processes
- Design, create, and deliver training content—whether technical presentations, product guides, or sales training workshops
- Own the end-to-end training framework—planning, execution, and evaluation—and ensure training outcomes align with company strategy
- Continuously evaluate and enhance internal training methods and tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Champion internal excellence by ensuring the sales team is always equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales strategies
