About the Role
GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for managing existing and new accounts, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. With a strong understanding of the mining industry and excellent communication skills, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support sales efforts
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the Mining Industry
- Relevant tertiary education required
- Proficient in computer applications essential
- Strong knowledge of screening products and technical support in mining and engineering sectors will be beneficial
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required

- Relevant tertiary education (e.g., degree, diploma, or certification) in a related field
Salary & Benefits
- Cost to Company Salary Package of up to R 32 000 based on experience
