Key Responsibilities:

– Lead full-cycle implementation and optimisation of financial and operational systems.
– Oversee integration of ERP, warehouse, and production management tools.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and process alignment.
– Manage vendors and timelines to ensure quality, cost-efficient delivery.
– Analyse workflows and design improvements that enhance traceability and efficiency.
– Build Power BI dashboards that translate data into actionable insight.
– Ensure ISO and internal compliance across finance and operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Business Administration.
– CIMA qualification advantageous.
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or mining (plant-based) environment.
– Proven track record in ERP or warehouse system implementation (Syspro or SAP preferred).
– Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and production data flows.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder, and leadership skills.
