Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support all dealer queries related to parts, pricing, orders, and invoicing.
- Navigate Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems with confidence and ensure precise part identification.
- Process dealer orders promptly while maintaining strict accuracy standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve stock or order discrepancies.
- Provide technical guidance on parts interpretation and product information.
- Assist in optimising parts processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive parts sales or support within an OEM or franchised dealer environment.
- Strong competency in EPC systems and parts catalogue interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a solution-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
