Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support a practising engineer with scheduling, email correspondence, planning, and general administrative coordination, while also assisting with the management of student communes. The role is full-time and hybrid, involving both remote work and on-site responsibilities, primarily in Pretoria with occasional travel to Johannesburg.Key duties include managing calendars and meetings, coordinating communications with clients and students, reviewing statements and basic financial records, conducting student residence check-ins, and assisting with inspections, handovers, and maintenance coordination. The role requires strong email and communication skills, excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to work independently.A valid drivers licence and reliable transport are essential. Basic engineering knowledge is advantageous but not required. Candidates must be professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a people-facing, operational role.Please send your CV and a motivational letter for consideration.
