Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Engineering Team and the Team Lead
- Track deliverables, compile progress updates, and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate engagements for the Team Lead
- Prepare project documentation, reports, minutes, and correspondence
- Assist with the coordination of engineering project activities and timelines
- Handle communications professionally and maintain strict confidentiality
- This is a handson, fastpaced role that requires a candidate who can excel under pressure and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Professionalism, discretion, and exceptional work ethic
