About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager & Sales Engineer to join our team at Communicate Finance in Gauteng. As a key member of our HVAC solutions team, you will be responsible for quoting solutions to new and existing customers across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete tenders for submission for HVAC solutions
- Complete HVAC designs as per the accepted industry standards
- Manage and control materials, sub-contractors, health and safety, system commissioning, and handover while ensuring costs are reduced and high quality of installation is maintained
- Maintain effective communication with Procurement and Stores departments to ensure no supply delays, while verifying existing stock
- Ensure all equipment is maintained to the appropriate standards
- Manage sites from single unit installations to multimillion rand installations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the HVAC industry
- Able to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlay
- Proven track record of project management
- Strong sales acumen
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, especially Excel
- Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have own transport and valid driver’s license

- Matric
- N5/N6 minimum qualification (University Degree Highly Advantageous)
