About the Role
As a Proposals Engineer at Network Finance, you will be responsible for developing the technical and commercial components of proposals by translating client specifications into accurate and compelling engineering solutions. The role involves developing the technical and commercial sections of FEED and EPS bids, aligning client specifications with modular configurations, and preparing clear technical narratives, scope breakdowns, deliverables, and assumptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the technical and commercial sections of FEED and EPS bids
- Translate client specifications into accurate and compelling engineering solutions
- Align client specifications with modular configurations
- Prepare clear technical narratives, scope breakdowns, deliverables, and assumptions
- Prepare modular layouts, diagrams, PFDs, and general arrangement visuals to support proposals
- Work closely with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fabrication teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness
- Support multi-stage tender clarifications, technical Q&A, and responses throughout the bid cycle
- Assist in preparing cost models and BOQs with guidance from the Bid & Proposals Lead
Requirements
- Experience preparing engineering proposals, tenders, or bid documentation
- Ability to interpret client specifications, technical standards, and engineering requirements
- Experience compiling technical narratives, scope breakdowns, and proposal documentation
- Strong collaboration skills when working with multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to assist with cost models, BOQs, and technical clarification responses
