As the Proposals Manager, you will lead and coordinate all proposal development activities—from initial bid qualification through to final submission. You will ensure full tender compliance, structured documentation, clarity of scope, and high-quality commercial submissions that reflect strong technical understanding and competitive positioning.
This role requires a commercially astute leader with strong cross-functional coordination skills and a deep understanding of engineering project delivery.

? Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Tender Leadership

• Lead, manage, and produce all commercial bid responses across FEED, EPS, modular ranges, configurables, and custom engineering solutions.
• Own tender compliance, document structure, formatting standards, and overall submission quality.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across scope definitions, assumptions, exclusions, interfaces, tie-ins, and deliverables.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate inputs from Business Development, Technical Sales, Process/Engineering, Fabrication, Procurement, Finance, and Risk.
• Ensure alignment with Sales Operations for CRM accuracy, approval workflows, and reporting.

Commercial Governance & Risk

• Maintain and manage standard BOQs, pricing structures, cost models, work scopes, and commercial templates (Candy, WinEst, and similar systems).
• Own the commercial risk register for proposals, ensuring proper identification, mitigation, and documentation of technical and commercial risks.
• Protect margins through disciplined evaluation of pricing, deviations, clarifications, and contractual exposure.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive improvements using lessons learned, bid history, win–loss analysis, and competitor insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to enhance visual and narrative quality for compelling submissions.
