Key Responsibilities
– Oversee, maintain, and improve the company’s Quality Management System
– Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TÜV SÜD, and regulatory requirements
– Coordinate internal audits and manage external audit and certification processes
– Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, products, and services
– Monitor and evaluate supplier performance; conduct supplier audits and improvement actions
– Gather, analyse, and report on quality data and performance indicators
– Present quality reports and support strategic quality targets across the organisation
– Strengthen clientfocused quality practices and manage client feedback and complaints
– Provide guidance, leadership, and performance management to the Quality Team
– Support the company’s strategic growth objectives through effective quality leadership
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Management, or related field
– Minimum of three years’ experience in a quality leadership role
– Engineering experience is advantageous
– Quality certifications such as CQM or CQE are beneficial
– Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements
– Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, and quality tools
– Proficient in data analysis and reporting
– Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
– Ability to manage projects and lead improvement initiatives
