About the Role
The Bush Resort in Bela Bela is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B footprint and deliver exceptional guest and staff experiences. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the entire F&B operation, including restaurants, bars, conferencing, and events. You will also be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the F&B footprint in its entirety, including all restaurants, bars, and conferencing & events operations.
- Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest and staff service experiences and performance.
- Manage the F&B budget and achieve operational profitability by driving sales targets and managing costs.
- Maintain or improve the established standards of food hygiene, cleaning, and food handling to ensure impeccable quality within outlets for compliance with regulations.
- Manage supplier relations to ensure consistent timely delivery of fresh quality ingredients.
- Ensure that stock ordering, receiving, stock takes, and requisitions procedures are strictly followed according to par levels and company standards for better accuracy.
- Train, mentor, develop, and continually improve the service brigade.
- Assist with private functions/weddings and celebrations.
- Create and maintain menus that reflect current culinary trends and meet guest preferences.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Requirements
- Previous F&B Manager experience (essential)
- Essential Drivers License

- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
