Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize the reception area.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data capturing.
  • Assist with company correspondence and reports.
  • Support management with personal assistant duties, including travel arrangements, reminders, and task coordination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with client onboarding and administrative processes.
  • Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners when required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with GreatSoft will be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
