Job Description
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize the reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data capturing.
- Assist with company correspondence and reports.
- Support management with personal assistant duties, including travel arrangements, reminders, and task coordination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Assist with client onboarding and administrative processes.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and external partners when required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with GreatSoft will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
