About the Role

Ultra Personnel is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bedfordview. As a hybrid role, you will initially work from the office before transitioning to working from home after completing internal training. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and interview suitable candidates for our clients, managing the candidate process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to find potential candidates.
• Screening Candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.
• Shortlisting Candidates: Presenting qualified candidates to clients and recommending the most suitable candidates for each position.
• Conducting Interviews: Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client’s needs.
• Managing Candidate Expectations: Keeping candidates informed during the process, interview stages, and feedback.
• Negotiating Offers: Assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates make informed decisions.
• Maintaining Candidate Records: Keeping detailed records of candidate details, interview schedules, and placements using recruitment software.
• Collaborating with Team Members: Working with other Recruiters or Consultants to share insights and strategies to improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential.
