About the Role
The Gauteng Retail Broker position at iStaff (Pty) Ltd is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced real estate professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing full lease lifecycles, and providing exceptional customer service to retailers, landlords, and co-broking partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation
- Primary contact between retailers (tenants), Landlords and Co-Broking Partners
- Closing – Managing full lease lifecycle
- Data Management
- Market Analysis
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in real estate (Retail Leasing experience highly advantageous)
- Must have FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate – or eligible to obtain one)
- Hunter mindset for cold calling and business development
- Good telephone etiquette
- Local knowledge of Johannesburg areas
- Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, laptop and smartphone
