About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Roaming Retail Store Manager to join our team at West Coast Personnel. As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for boosting sales, ensuring compliance, driving customer service, and strengthening underperforming stores. Key Responsibilities
- Manage retail store operations, stock, pricing & promotions across multiple sites
- Support underperforming stores, cover for absent managers, and launch new locations
- Drive sales, canvass new customers, and support marketing & promotional activities
- Monitor compliance with legal, ISO, HSE, and financial controls
- Supervise and develop staff: Sales, Assistants, Auto-Electrician, General Workers, Driver
- Maintain customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and host engagement events
- Track budgets, control costs, and optimise resources
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration / Sales / Marketing (NQF 6)
- Minimum 5 years’ Retail Sales / Marketing experience
- 3+ years of supervisory level experience
- Proven experience in store operations, staff management & customer service
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, ERP/Retail systems)
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently
