About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Mpumalanga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing automotive parts and components stores, with a proven track record of success in branch financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to optimize branch performance
- Collaborate with regional teams to achieve company goals
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Store Manager in the Automotive Parts | Component Industry
- Relevant Tertiary Education required
- Proficient in Syspro | MS Office essential
- Strong knowledge in Branch Financial Management including budgets, GP control and cost containment will be beneficial
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
