Gauteng: Sales Consultant: Insurance posted by TAC Recruitment

Lead Conversion:

• Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided 
• Present and explain insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.

Compliance:

• Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and internal policies.
• Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain compliance

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications: RE5 & NQF 4 or 5 in Insurance / Banking / Wealth Management
• Minimum Experience: 1 year sales consultant experience in a Call Centre 
• Location: candidates must live in Pretoria / Midrand area as our offices are based in Pretoria. 
• Salary and commission: training salary of R20 000 for the first three months and thereafter a basic of R12 000 per month plus commission.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
