Job Description
- Conduct calls to potential clients based on leads provided
- Present and explain insurance products to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Generate quotes and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Compliance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with FSCA regulations, FAIS requirements, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on industry standards and changes to maintain compliance
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications: RE5 & NQF 4 or 5 in Insurance / Banking / Wealth Management
- Minimum Experience: 1 year sales consultant experience in a Call Centre
- Location: candidates must live in Pretoria / Midrand area as our offices are based in Pretoria.
- Salary and commission: training salary of R20 000 for the first three months and thereafter a basic of R12 000 per month plus commission.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
