About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving personal sales performance and achieving revenue targets, securing new business in freight forwarding, contract logistics and supply chain solutions, leading major RFQs, RFPs and global tenders, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, building C-level and executive client relationships, and leading, mentoring and managing a sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Contract Logistics industry (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in global tenders and large corporate accounts
- Previous sales team management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, road freight, warehousing and supply chain services
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and close high-value deals
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
