About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and warm individual to join our 5* luxury Game Lodge team as an Assistant Lodge Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across multiple lodge departments, providing exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate lodge activities and events
- Manage front-of-house and housekeeping teams
- Oversee kitchen coordination and maintenance support
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of lodge operations
Requirements
- Relevant experience within a luxury lodge/hospitality environment
- Experience across multiple lodge departments (FOH, housekeeping, kitchen coordination, maintenance support)
- Strong communication and professionalism skills
- English required; knowledge of Shangaan advantageous
- Warm, guest-focused personality
