About the Role
As a Sales Representative at vula concrete PTY LTD, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, action plans, and goals as set by management, while maintaining a strong focus on servicing existing customers, acquiring new customers, and increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing existing and new customers effectively by maintaining a regular call pattern
- Forming a dynamic business relationship with existing as well as new customers
- Acquire new customers and new business
- Increase sales at existing customers
- Ensure that customers always have sufficient stock
- Problem solving
- Maintain a professional business attitude in all daily transactions
- Maintain sound administration practices i.e. reports
- Client Relationship Management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration between all departments to deliver solutions tailored to the clients needs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years construction and / or industrial product selling experience
- Minimum requirement – Grade 12
- A sales/marketing qualification would be advantageous
- Good knowledge of different construction products and clients
- Applicant must be willing to do country trips when required.
- Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours, when called upon to do so.
- In possession of a valid unendorsed drivers license.
- Computer literate
- Strong Communication Skills
- Time Management
- Negotiation Skills
