Job Title: Salesperson – Software & Hardware Solutions
Employment Type: 3Month Contract (subject to extension based on performance)
Work Model: Onsite, Weltevredenpark, Johannesburg
JOB CONTEXT:
We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of selling our innovative software solutions and hardware offerings, helping clients find the right tools to power their businesses forward.If you love the thrill of closing deals, building meaningful client relationships, and smashing targets, you’ll feel right at home. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in both software and hardware markets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and solution demonstrations.
- Opportunity Management: Track and structure sales opportunities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow
- Sales Reporting: Maintain and analyse sales data using PipeDrive CRM, producing clear reports and insights for leadership.
- Presentations: Develop and deliver clear, professional presentations to prospective clients.
- Market Awareness: Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and technical teams to align proposals with client requirements and ensure smooth onboarding.
Skills Requirements:
- Matric Certificate.
- Proven track record in software sales/ technology solutions and hardware sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PipeDrive CRM for sales reporting and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with library management systems or enterprise software solutions is advantageous.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.

Package & Remuneration:
Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable experience and previous earnings.
