Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Tool Jig and Die maker
- Experience in Plastic injection and Blow moulds
- Candidate must be self-motivated, honest, trust worthy and a team player
- 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Understand machining principles
- Must continuously strive to find better ways to do things and improve
- Must be able to take pride and ownership of the work that you do
- Must be open to new Ideas and learning from others
- Communicate openly, regularly and honestly
- Must be willing to share the load and assist team when needed
- Strong CNC Milling along with Turning (advantageous)
- Mastercam Programming and Solidworks (advantageous)
- Must be able to work conventional machines Milling, Turning, surface grinding (Internal & external grinding an advantage)
- Tool and cutter grinding
- Must be able to work to close tolerances and follow drawings strictly
- Measuring equipment
- Assembly principles essential
