About the Role
Wild Dreams Hospitality, a globally respected safari specialist, is seeking a meticulous Logistics Support Officer to join their team. As a detail-obsessed and highly organised individual, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics and accurate itineraries for our conservation-focused wildlife journeys across Africa and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalise and comprehensively populate itineraries within the Safari Portal
- Conduct detailed quality control checks across costings, supplier confirmations, and portal entries
- Ensure all itineraries are complete and guest-ready at least 60 days prior to travel
- Upload, organise, and maintain all guest travel documentation within the system
- Verify supplier rates, inclusions, and logistics details for accuracy
- Manage guest messaging and agent notifications within the Safari Portal
- Collaborate with consultants, logistics, finance, and management to resolve discrepancies
- Identify workflow improvements and uphold consistent system standards
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Travel Industry with knowledge specifically in Southern and East Africa
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- High digital proficiency (Safari Portal experience advantageous)
- Strong administrative and document management skills
- Understanding of travel logistics and itinerary flow
- Process-driven with a commitment to quality control
- Collaborative team player with strong internal communication skills
