About the Role

Network Finance is seeking a skilled .NET Mobile App Developer to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our mobile app development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI.
Integrate RESTful APIs to enable efficient data retrieval and storage.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable C# code following best practices.
Apply MVVM architecture to ensure clear separation of business logic and UI.
Implement data binding techniques for dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Manage local data storage to support offline capabilities.
Write platform-specific code when required to leverage native iOS and Android features.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in mobile app development.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET MAUI / Xamarin.
Proficiency in XAML for UI development in .NET MAUI.
Solid understanding of MVVM architecture.
Experience developing cross-platform applications for iOS and Android.
Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with .NET Core frameworks, including Dependency Injection.
Knowledge of local storage techniques for offline functionality.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Experience integrating internal or external APIs.
