Job Description
In this role, you will:
Film and edit a variety of brand videos, including company stories, product explainers, culture clips, and event footage
Produce professional customer testimonials and case studies, including shoot coordination, interviews, and post-production
Create short-form content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other social channels
Develop video ad creatives for paid campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team
Support content creators with talkinghead, scripted, and podcaststyle video production
Manage the full production workflow:
Pre-production: scripting, shot lists, planning
Production: filming
Post-production: editing, colour grading, audio balancing
Maintain and manage all video equipment, ensuring everything is in safe working condition
Film on-site at client locations when needed
Produce internal educational, onboarding, or upgradefocused video content
Add motion graphics, branded elements, intros, outros, and animated lower thirds as required
Maintain an organised, version-controlled video asset library
Deliver a minimum of 4 final video assets per month across different formats
Key Performance Metrics:
Your success will be measured through:
Minimum 4 polished video assets produced per month
Strong performance on paid video ads (view rates, CTR benchmarks)
At least one customer testimonial or case study delivered per quarter
Fast turnaround: rough cut within 5 business days post-shoot
Proper maintenance of all equipment (monthly checks, zero avoidable damage)
100% alignment with brand standards in all content
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Film, Media Production, or a related field (NQF Level 6+ preferred)
A strong portfolio showcasing brand, commercial, or social video work
Minimum 3 years of professional video production experience (shooting + editing)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
Experience with After Effects or DaVinci Resolve is an advantage
Skilled in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and wireless audio systems
Strong background in social media video production (Reels, TikTok-style editing, YouTube)
Experience filming interviews or testimonials
B2B or corporate video experience beneficial but not essential
