About the Role
The Head of Marketing at Communicate Finance will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, brand leadership, and marketplace engagement. This role requires a seasoned marketer with a proven track record of scaling consumer brands or digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the integrated marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, brand leadership, and marketplace engagement
- Own the brand positioning, creative direction, and PR strategy to build trust and authority in the market
- Identify and scale new acquisition channels, optimize conversion funnels, and manage media investment to deliver measurable ROI
- Partner with Product and UX teams to translate new features into compelling customer value propositions and drive go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that acquire and retain business clients (agents, developers, or partners) on the platform
- Lead CRM strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value across owned channels
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing external agencies and creative partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to digital-first or technology-driven businesses
- Proven track record of scaling a consumer brand or digital platform
- Strong experience across both brand marketing and digital performance marketing
- Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, fintech, or proptech is highly advantageous
