Job Description
Duties
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of captured information.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle general office tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and emailing.
- Assist with scheduling, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain records and generate basic reports as needed.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and office coordination
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Afrikaans speaking
- Drivers License with own vehicle
