Job Summary
Our client, a Property Investment company, is seeking a BCOM graduate to join their team and become a Property Manager.
Reports To: Senior Property Manager
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have a BCom degree and a passion for real estate and property management.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Handle tenant communications, including responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Support lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and processing renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of property management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience or internship in property management or real estate (advantageous but not required).
- Knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
