About the Role

Our client, in George, is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a Legal and Fiduciary role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong integrity, sound judgement, and a thorough understanding of confidentiality and compliance within a legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage trust portfolios, ensuring effective administration
  • Ensure adherence to trust deeds and alignment with clients’ wishes
  • Organize and lead meetings with clients and professional advisors
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships
  • Understand clients’ needs and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Provide clients with expert guidance on estate planning and administrative matters
  • Maintain and update records for estates, wills, and trusts, and prepare detailed reports

Requirements

  • A relevant degree or qualification
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • 2 – 3 Years Legal experience (advantage)
