About the Role
As a Marketing Consultant at The Talent Room, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive business growth. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and create tailored marketing solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage and update social media platforms and digital content
- Design marketing materials such as social media posts, flyers, adverts, and presentations
- Assist with branding and visual communication
- Monitor marketing performance and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities
- Maintain the company website and online presence where required
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar)
- Strong social media management experience
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
